We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Start a Return Email us at urbanfix.store1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

International Orders For international customers, return shipping costs and any customs/duties fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
